Why we love our volunteers
KidSafe’s volunteers bring a wealth of professional experience, new ideas and energy to the lives of our kids, our programs and to our special events. They are also wonderful ambassadors in the community, helping to generate awareness of our goals, programs and needs.
Our volunteers work in many areas of KidSafe to add to the quality and delivery of our programs and the efficiency of our operations. Many of our KidSafe programs and field outings depend on unique sets of volunteer skills to be successful – gardening, music talents, dance skills, kayaking expertise, etc. Events such as the KidSafe Annual Golf Tournament could not run without the dedication and event planning expertise of the volunteers that turn out year after year for this event.
